Product Description
The whole set of reaction system is integrated on a stainless-steel frame. The PO/EO feeding valve is fixed on the frame to prevent the electronic scale measurement from being affected during operation.
The reaction system is connected with stainless steel pipeline and needle valves, which is easy for disconnection and re-connection.
The operating temperature, feeding flow rate, and PO/EO tank N2 pressure are automatically controlled by the computer.
The industrial computer software can monitor various process parameters in real time, such as temperature, pressure, and flow, and can automatically adjust various process parameters according to the control program.
The historical data of each parameter can be displayed and recorded separately, and the storage time is longer than 7 days.
