Classification and Selection of Reactor

1. Classification of Reactor
According to the material, it can be divided into carbon steel reactor, stainless steel reactor and glass-lined reactor (enamel reactor).

2. Selection of Reactor
Multifunctional dispersion reactor/ Electric heating reactor/ Steam heating reactor: they are widely used in petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, scientific research and other industries. It is used to complete chemical processes such as polymerization, condensation, vulcanization, hydrogenation, and many processes for primary organic dyes and intermediates.

Stainless steel reactor
It is suitable for high temperature and high pressure chemical reaction experiments in petroleum, chemical industry, medicine, metallurgy, scientific research, universities and colleges, etc. It can achieve high mixing effect for viscous and granular materials.

Steel lined PE reactor
Suitable for acids, bases, salts and most alcohols. Suitable for liquid food and medicine extraction. It is an ideal substitute for rubber lining, glass fiber reinforced plastic, stainless steel, titanium steel, enamel, and plastic welded plate.

Steel lined ETFE reactor
It has excellent anti-corrosion performance and can withstand various concentrations of acids, alkalis, salts, strong oxidants, organic compounds and all other highly corrosive chemical media. It is an ideal product to solve the problem of corrosion of high-temperature dilute sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid and various organic acids.

Laboratory dedicated reactor
It is also called hydrothermal synthesis reactor, material: stainless steel outer tank, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) inner cup. It’s a high-purity reactor with internal high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance and high purity provided by synthetic chemicals at a certain temperature. It is used in organic synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, crystal growth or sample digestion and extraction in the fields of new materials, energy, environmental engineering, etc. It is a small-scale reactor commonly used for scientific research in university teaching and scientific research institutions. It can also be used as a seat digestion tank, which uses strong acid or alkali and a high temperature and high pressure airtight environment to quickly digest heavy metals, pesticide residues, food, sludge, rare earths, aquatic products, organics, etc.
