Short Description:

Basic process: The system provides two gases, hydrogen and nitrogen, which are respectively controlled by a pressure regulator. The hydrogen is metered and fed by a mass flow controller, and the nitrogen is metered and fed by a rotameter, and then passed into the reactor. The continuous reaction is carried out under the conditions of temperature and pressure set by the user.

This system is mainly used for the performance evaluation of palladium catalyst in hydrogenation reaction and the exploration test of process conditions.

Basic process: The system provides two gases, hydrogen and nitrogen, which are respectively controlled by a pressure regulator. The continuous reaction is carried out under the conditions of temperature and pressure set by the user.

Operating characteristics: The pressure stability of the system is precisely controlled by the cooperation of the inlet gas pressure control valve and the vent gas counterbalance valve. Temperature control adopts PID intelligent temperature control meter to control electric heating elements. For the temperature runaway caused by the exotherm in the reaction process, the computer will automatically complete the PID control by regulating the cooling water flow according to the degree of temperature runaway. The whole system integrates temperature, pressure, stirring, flow control, inlet gas pressure regulation, and pressure counterbalance into a cabinet.

The overall dimensions are 500*400*600.

The whole set of equipment is integrated in an overall frame, easy for installation and operation, safe and reliable.
