Experimental rectification system

Short Description:

The system is a continuous neopentyl glycol NPG rectification unit automatically controlled by a computer, which consists of four parts: material preparation unit, material feeding unit, rectification tower unit and product collection unit. The system is available for both remote control by means of IPC and manual control by means of on-site control cabinet.

Product performance and structural features

The material feeding unit is composed of a raw material storage tank with stirring and heating and temperature control, together with Mettler's weighing module and the precise measurement of a micro-metering advection pump to achieve micro and stable feeding control.

The temperature of the rectification unit is achieved by the comprehensive cooperation of preheating, tower bottom temperature control and tower temperature control. The tower top condenser needs to maintain a certain temperature during condensation, which is achieved by an external oil bath circulator.

The reflux ratio control is realized by the reflux head with heat and heat preservation and the controller. The vacuum of the system is realized by a vacuum pump with variable frequency speed regulation. The whole set of equipment adopts the control mode that the on-site control cabinet and the remote computer cooperate with each other, which can be operated on-site, but also can realize the remote automatic control of the computer. At the same time, it saves historical data and curves for analysis and calculation. The whole set of equipment is integrated in an overall frame, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
