Experimental nitrile latex reaction system

Short Description:

This system is used for experimental research and development of nitrile latex, using manual control of continuous feeding and batch reaction.

The system adopts the modular design concept, and all the equipment and pipelines are arranged in the frame, which includes three parts: raw material storage tank, feeding unit and reaction unit.

PID instrument control system is used. The whole system is a safe and efficient experimental platform.

Basic Process

Butadiene in the raw material tank is prepared in advance. At the beginning of the test, the system is vacuumed and replaced with nitrogen to ensure that the entire system is oxygen-free and water-free. Prepared with various liquid-phase raw materials and initiators and other auxiliary agents are added to the metering tank, and then the butadiene was transferred to the metering tank.

Open the oil bath circulation of the reactor, and the temperature in the reactor is controlled at 75°C. The valve is manually opened to control the dripping of raw materials. The flow is controlled by the opening of the feed valve and the level gauge of the metering tank.
