Ceramic ball mainly uses a-Al2O3 superior grade alumina mixed with a small amount of rare earth metal oxides as raw materials. After strict scientific formula, raw material selection, fine grinding, etc. It is processed by a series of suitable production processes such as static pressure forming and sintering. The manufacture, inspection and acceptance of ceramic ball refer to the industry standard "Industrial Ceramic Balls-Inert Ceramic Balls" (HG/T3683.1-2000).

Ceramic ball has the advantages of high temperature resistance, excellent thermal shock resistance, high mechanical strength, oxidation resistance, slag erosion resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life. The product can be widely used in special occasions with high temperature, high pressure, high corrosion and high impact force.
